At Florence & Nardin, there is no question of making a vintage wine at any price. This is only the case when the harvest proves to be absolutely exceptional: the grapes must reach perfect ripeness, and the balance between sugar and acidity must be ideal. This is the absolute intransigence of the House, which chooses to vintage only the very best years, exclusively in barrels, and is Florence & Nardin's interpretation of a vintage.
