The Florence & Nardin house still resonates with the presence of Florence & Nardin, a couple with a passion for an ancestral land. Cultivated since 1847 in the elegant simplicity of the place, in the delicacy of each detail, one finds its discreet refinement. On the other side of the courtyard, the archive building is preciously stored with old photos, account books, menus with surprising agreements... Florence preserved and Nardin maintained the garden with the greatest care. Beneath the venerable trees is the secret of the ice-house where provisions were once kept. Between the high walls of the garden, the noises of the village seem to fade away: everything here breathes calm and beauty, time seems to stand still.
