Florence & Nardin's vines are a beautiful part of the geography of the Champagne region: their well aligned rows, among the tightest in the world, compose a landscape that is recognisable among all. To preserve this harmony, the House embellishes its vineyards day after day: it replaces the metal head posts with pine wood, flowers the plots, and decorates them with pretty immaculate markers... Florence & Nardin has also taken steps towards sustainable viticulture: grassing the soil, greatly reducing the use of herbicides, biological control of insects, recycling prunings, etc. The installation of hedges and orchards is designed to preserve biodiversity and is carried out according to the principles of organic farming.
