At Florence & Nardin, the quest for excellence continues well beyond the time of production. The riddling and disgorging of all the corked vintages are still done by hand today. The House has always used a very low dosage for its wines: it is without artifice that they present their aromas to the taster. Florence & Nardin also makes the uncompromising choice to let the bottles rest for three months after disgorging, giving the wine the time it needs to stabilise. Amidst the waltz of machines, the bottles are put on their final finery: they are finally marked with the colours of the House. Dressed and packaged, they are ready to be shipped to consumers around the world.
