Revealing the Best

At Florence & Nardin, it is the vineyard manager who sets the guidelines for the vineyard. However, each vineyard manager adapts this guideline to his or her own terroir: it should not be forgotten that each vineyard has its own specificities. For the plots of Pinot Noir destined for red wine, priority is given to obtaining optimum maturity: the grapes are therefore systematically harvested green and the harvest is carried out later. The work in the vineyard is carried out with the same concern for excellence by the winegrowers who supply the House with its external supplies. They carefully monitor the ripeness and health of the grapes. Florence & Nardin has a very special relationship with them: many winegrowers have been loyal to the House for several generations. The House knows that its grapes are the product of diligent and precise work, guaranteeing the quality of the wine that will be made from them.
